Review: On my second pair - comfortable and durable - But this, because of a review I read, and they were absolutely right. These are fantastic shoe socks. I wear them all the time, especially when I go camping. I used to bring other shoes when I went camping. Now I only bring these.
Review: Best shows I've worn so far in my life - So, I bought my first pair and instantly fell in love with them. I've worn barefoot shoes for close to seven years... I think.. honestly, time flies for me. Anyways, I've worn them non-stop. I even use them for work, and I work for hours on end on my feet walking, busting my butt all the time, and they're the best shoes I've worn when it comes to working. (Don't try this unless your feet are strong enough walking barefoot for hours.. WORKING. And you actually know how to walk CORRECTLY barefoot. Definitely not for beginners.) I even took them to Cali for vacation up in the mountains where it was snowing with very slippery and icy floors. Out of everyone in the family, I was the only one who didn't slip lmfao there was one time I almost did, but it's like I had enough grip to stay put. Kept my feet warm enough at least, I didn't really feel cold.. but I was also wearing socks, but they were wet in the end. I legit had a great time with them regardless. I've took them also to hike in, and it was great! And even to Disney, you can just imagine those long walks lol Came back to Miami where it's mad hot, and I wouldn't dare wear these without socks because since it's so hot my feet would easily sweat and sweaty feet and this material it has inside feels mad slippery and uncomfortable if you're sweating. But when I wear socks they're AMAZING, and I got stable footing again compared to when i was slippering in them sockless which honestly i think i almost injured myself because of the lack of stable footing. I always have people talking about them because they look like socks, and they say they look mad comfortable.. which by the way THEY ARE. I already had two of my home boys try them out cause they were mad curious, they loved them. So i bought them a pair each cause they're mad cheap and a extra pair for myself lol and now I see my homeboys wear them like crazy as well. I already do see the bottom starting to wear off from the use I put in for my first pair, but I'll be honest.. I really did put a beating on them like no joke... so In a sense I'm not surprised, but they're cheap so they're way worth it. I do have cats and a dog that shed like crazy, so when I first got these shoes they attracted ALL the hairs on the rubber parts, but as it gets used up they stopped sticking as much, and now they don't seem to stick at all except the top parts but easily can be taken off from the wooven parts. They do tend to smell after a while, but since I wear socks, I also wash them, and I take care of my feet and spray it against things like athletes foot, it's not a deal breaker for me because i dont allow it to get to bad smelling. I've also ran with these, felt good and i felt secure even with gravel, but mainly short runs. I've yet to try it for long distance running so I wouldn't know how they would hold up for something like that. I haven't even used my Vivobarefoot shoes since I got these. To me.. that's saying a lot because that's all I used to wear for years.

**Q: Since this is a narrower toe box, Do these allow for anatomical toe spread and foot contact?**
A: We bought it to so my husband's feet would not slip when he stands up from his wheelchair. He has late-stage Parkinson's. The bottom doesn't stretch at all, and the top part barely stretches at all. The entire sock is very tight and takes a serious effort to get it on and back off. So, it does what we need, but there is definitely no toe wiggle room.

**Q: Had no tags or instructions. How to wash and dry these?**
A: It used to be shoe makers always said "don't wash" and some still do. But adhesives have improved vastly over time, and I wash all my shoes periodically. Note this doesn't work well on top-load washers because the shoes tend to float and not really circulate, and can get jammed with the center agitator. It's one of the things I love love love about my front-loader, the shoes come out clean. Just remove insoles (which some sock and minimalist shoes don't have).

Second pair I've ordered of this type of shoe - the first one was too large - the second was a size down and a touch too small. NOW MIND YOU, after an extensive process with a blow dryer and a pair of bigger toeboxed barefoot shoes on my foot, and the sock shoes over that. I heated it up until things got hot to my toes and stretched out my foot a bit; after two episodes of this I finally had a pair of sock shoes that fit. Basically if they're a touch too small and push on your toes - YOU CAN heat up the rubber and stretch it out slightly with a blow dryer on max... and then they might just fit. If they had half sizes and a bigger toe-box naturally, they'd get 5 stars - fortunately for me I generally enjoy adjusting things.
