Review: Make sure you’re working on a GENV LT ENGINE - Some of the reviews here are hilarious, talking about the gasket being wrong or not fitting. Clearly these people don’t know what they are doing. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WORKING ON A GEN V LT BASED ENGINE FOR THIS OIL PAN. THIS PAN IS NOT FOR THE LS ENGINE. It uses an RTV to seal it, not a gasket. There are 2 o-rings for the pan at the oil filter end, and one oblong o-ring to seal the oil pump to the pan-both included. The pan fit well for me. No issues at all….im using it in a 2004 Mustang with an L86 engine and a Team Z k-member and custom made engine mounts
Review: Provided good clearance - Provided good clearance on a new 1974 K5 build using the Offroad Design crossmember. The dowel pin holes are not the correct diameter. Factory pins are .313 and the holes in this pan are .25.

Some of the reviews here are hilarious, talking about the gasket being wrong or not fitting. Clearly these people don’t know what they are doing. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WORKING ON A GEN V LT BASED ENGINE FOR THIS OIL PAN. THIS PAN IS NOT FOR THE LS ENGINE. It uses an RTV to seal it, not a gasket. There are 2 o-rings for the pan at the oil filter end, and one oblong o-ring to seal the oil pump to the pan-both included. The pan fit well for me. This isnt the correct part as its written it doesn't fit a LT motor it will not seal due to not have grove that LT Motors have and the LS gaskets that comes with it os useless. Would really like a refund.
