It was a great book for any women who is starting over from a break up. I'm not saying that at the end of the book, you will be ready for a new one. However, you will be on the right path.

She really made it her goal to prepare single young ladies as much as possible. Informing them on areas most would not want to discuss . The level of sincere thought and dedication that was put into this is apparent. She genuinely cares about this subject, and did a great job in getting the message across.
