There 2 reasons why. One is the glue is not particularly strong. It's overall ok, but one time the sticker slid off to a different part of my foot while I walked. The other issue is that no matter how you put it on, because of the difference in how your feet are when you are standing on them vs being at rest, the sticker moves and partially unglues itself. I have used the full pack and have not found a way to put the sticker on for it to not happen.
