I don't see anywhere on the can where it says it contains Molybdenum or 'Moly' as in the Features & details. I called Finish Line and left a voicemail message. I also emailed an inquiry to them from their website today. I'm awaiting their response as to whether this product contains Molybdenum, and if not, what the reason is. I'll post again once I receive their response. **Q: is it suitable for XW-ring chains?** A: I found it works great for all chains including XW-ring chains, B4C32-ring chains, 34X-semi circle chains, square-box chains, chain gangs, etc. If it's made of metal, and is metal-to-metal it works. I also use it in door locks around the house, in the door locks and door open-close working mechanisms on all our vehicles, I even use it on hard plastic-to-hard plastic parts to make them open and close better.
