I have an issue that there is no way to download the link that was suppose to have the software yo run on my computer (microsoft). It seems to not exist but the MACos does. This makes this device very useless. I am trying to ask for help getting to it but having no luck in responses. I may have to return the item. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good camera but really CRAPPY manual *by P***G on October 28, 2017* A relatively good camera but I have to say - the instructions and manual are probably the worse that I have ever seen. I had to figure out everything by myself... So if you are someone that is not intuitive and must have a good manual to get you over the hump - do NOT purchase this product. ### ⭐ Don't Buy *by S***M on January 2, 2018* I can't export 360 videos from the application stitched together. Contacted the supplier with no reply. The manual is hard to understand as well if you want something straight forward.
