This is a good product that takes a little “doctoring up” to make it a really delicious treat. 3/4 almond milk and 1/4 heavy cream and a spoonful of erythritol will take the aftertaste away and make this quite the treat! I warm the milk first, add a scoop, stir as best I can then heat again. The hot liquid helps incorporate the cocoa mix. Now in the cold months I look forward to this a few times a week!*** Was really excited to try this! I have been making my own which tastes a lot better but a lot more work! It takes a whisk and help from hot liquid to mix this well. I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk and a splash of heavy cream.
