I'm not sure why some have an issue with the white ones but as a former candle maker the white candles are not dyed white, they are candle wax white. They work perfectly fine and it was excellent for what I used them for which was the positive energy in a cord cutting ceremony; I used the black as well. Great quality, none were broken, they burned for around three hours but this result could vary based on the environment. I also found that they didn't drip much, it was a very clean burn.
