I have persistent knots and muscle spasms with bursitis, and needed a massager to specifically target my neck where my shiatsu pillow can't reach. This messager was the perfect answer! On high power, it can really pound hard, and the power is highly adjustable with 10 settings. I have no idea how many pattern settings it has, because I lost count somewhere around 35. It fits my shoulders very comfortably, even when I'm wearing a tank. The heat actually gets really warm, unlike other massagers I've used. Unfortunately the straps used to secure it aren't adjustable, so I guess I just got lucky on the fit? Either way, it's just the thing I needed to add to my massage tools.
