I received four base rings, two 44mm in diameter and two 46mm in diameter, not the four different sizes advertised. The lock worked with only one of four base rings, as there was, I think, some molding flash inside base ring that prevented the lock from fully engaging and enabling the key to be removed. Forcing the barrel of the lock to turn a bit more, seemed to break off the "flash" allowing for full engagement. This is why it's a good idea to test the function of a device off the body...
