I use a make up remover wipe then I use this, and it really does remove all of my other make up. I would say it is non-drying. I tend to stick towards CeraVe and or Cetaphil products, but this Neutrogena make up remover is nice and gentle. After I use this, I wash my face with CeraVe, because I think if you didn’t use another cleanser, it may make your face feel greasy.
