A popular 90s toy or rather a hand held device. That can record small sound bytes. Later iterations such yak backwards gave you the ability to say something and play it in reverse. New models gave us the ability to manipulate the sound bytes with multiple pre-installed speed playback filters and pitch control.Enter 2022 we have a parrot that can be trained to talk back to any one, partially. So the bird while very cute it has an animated head and beak. So be careful because that motor can break easily. While the parrot does have an actual parroting mode that repeats everything you say. It has conversation mode that allows you to train the bird. So you think of a question and ask the question holding the button. Then hold the next button and answer your own question and it will remember your question and will reply to any of them in any order asked. Ask a question get the pre-recorded response. The kids love it.
