## Description

Trekking Through History invites you to travel through time to experience beautiful moments from our past. Meet legendary people and join remarkable events as you try to see all you can before the clock runs out. You might learn a few things along the way! It's a great board game for family game night. During your journey, you’ll score points in multiple ways, including collecting experience tokens and visiting events in chronological order. You'll do this on a beautiful and colorful neoprene playmat. Each History Card illustrates a real historical person or event on one side and and tells its story on the other. We worked with a team of experts to choose and write these cards, so even history buffs will have lots of new things to discover. The clock is ticking! With 12 hours each day to explore and three days total, it’s anyone’s game til the end. Follow your itinerary to visit history’s most wonderful events, and rub elbows with fascinating people from many times and places. With 24 unique itineraries to choose from, you'll always have a challenge to pursue. It's a history board game that the whole family can enjoy.

You may search for the complete list of our events by typing in "Full List of Trekking Through History events." The oldest date in the game is 37,000 BC featuring the Maros-Pangkep caves.

This is the retail version of Trekking Through History. However, we have included the time warp expansion that was initially part of the Kickstarter exclusives.

A: This game just won the Mensa select award in 2023.

**Q: What are the differences between the KS Edition and retail edition?**
A: Hi Robbie,  

Most of the game components are in the Kickstarter and retail versions, except for the solo mode itineraries that are exclusive to the KS edition. As for the retail,  we only have the solo mode in the Print-and-Play version.

La caja muy bien hecha, con las piezas curradas y con la caja bien estructurada para volver a guardar el juego. La partida dura unos 45-60 min para 4 jugadores.

We own at least 200 varied board games and this is the one that we can use for anyone: friends that love gaming, friends that aren't big gamers. It is simple enough to learn quickly and there is enough strategy to make every game different. You don't have to learn the history facts, but you can read the extra info on the cards as you play along, so it's good for those who love historical trivia as well as those who really don't care.
