Have not washed it yet but it looks like it will do fine as long as I wash it by hand. Planning on getting a second one as a spare.
Review: Too stretchy velcro doesn't allow you to tighten this down enough - The velcro is very, very strong and effective. However, it is also very stretchy. I got a large arm size for my very thin thighs. But the velcro is so stretchy that it's impossible to tighten it down enough to stay put where I place it on my thigh. And I also found the pump holder part itself to be a bit floppy. I wanted very much to be 100% happy with this, but I just can't justify keeping it.

Love this belt!!!! Great solution if you get skin irritation from adhesives. Fits my Tandem Mobi well enough. Easy to adjust and it doesn’t move around while wearing it.
