I can store my designs securely with both pieces & when I'm ready to use just peel off the non sticky part, place sticky side face down on garment. The rhinestone crystals will be facing you underneath the sticky sheet & just heatpress or iron. **Q: Can I use this for patterned heat transfer vinyl?** A: yes. Its two part. The white is rough and the clear film is your transfer layer that you would lay on your stones and then hot press on that. **Q: Can you use the Circut Machine to cut it ? I was able to use a 1/8 inch handheld hole punch and create a design to fit my needs (and these 3mm 10ss rhinestones) for a bulk fund raising project I was working on for my daughter. No need for a cutting machine or computer program! My template is not "perfect", but it is good enough for me! I did end up purchasing this quantity of extra sticky flock because the product is designed for single use and I was making 20-30 of the same rhinestone image. The black template material can be used over and over, but the sticky flock only works once (maybe twice) because it wrinkles under the heat of the iron.
