I do not take nearly the maximum dose (15!) per day, usually only taking one, because this is a pricey product and it would be gone in less than 3 days if I did that! I only use it when I know there is a high amount of onion or garlic in a food, and it definitely seems to help. I still am careful only to eat a small amount of those, so I can't say I've put it to an extreme test. Nevertheless, I'm happy to have it with me, especially when eating food I did not prepare myself.

These are fantastic! I purchase them regularly to be able to eat out. This is the first time I have used this type of digestive aid for onion/garlic intolerance. So far, it seems to be doing the job. I have a severe onion allergy. I ordered these hoping I could easily eat them more often than not. It has done nothing for me and I feel like I have had food poisoning. Do not buy if you are severe and not just mildly allergic.
