I find it more efficient on certain task. It is easier to add meat and vegetables from a tray or container. This avoiding getting raw food on your hands. You can flip, rotate, remove items as needed. Easy clean up. Some spatulas are hard to clean. These are basically soapy water, rinse, dry. DoneThe metal is hollow. They keep oil splash away from hands. Heat transfers slowly. Just felt light warmth. I would not leave them in the pan anyways. It's metal. If they do get hot just run under cold water.The 3 pack is a must. Imagine misplacing one👹. Yeah, so get the three pack.
