PROS: Seems to have stopped breakage; the conditioner doesn't make me itch (almost all do); doesn't require "leave in for X mins," just massage in, rinse out (both shampoo & conditioner); leaves hair soft.CONS: causes some greasiness if conditioner is applied to scalp; doesn't smooth the hair shafts, thus more tangling & frizzing (zero humidity) than I would expect.Between the cost and the lack of smoothing, I will likely not continue to use this specific Kenra shampoo/conditioner long term, but it helped with my immediate breakage problem, so very worthwhile.

This doesn’t seem to “revive” my hair as the product description states.  It leaves my hair very tangly and dry feeling.  I feel like it’s more prone to breakage now. I have been pleased with other formulas, just not this one.

shampoo made my hard rough... okay so everyone knows to wet your hair prior to applying the shampoo right. okay so boom wet my hair, hair feeling all good and soft as usual. apply the shampoo hair feeling the rough as i don’t know what! conditioner is good. but definitely not worth it.
