They do a very good job of insulating against heat, even when handling hot cast iron, and even when I can’t rapidly sit the hot dish down. Quite pretty too! And these go through the washer and dryer well.

I like this style of oven mitt best because they are quick to put on, which often matters with certain dishes, and anyone in the family can use them regardless of hand size. They do a very good job of insulating against heat, even when handling hot cast iron, and even when I can’t rapidly sit the hot dish down. Quite pretty too!
