Chicken salt is such a useful seasoning. I first heard about it as a preferred french fry seasoning in Australia (though, I believe their version actually has chicken in it and this stuff is vegan). It definitely does that job well. It's also an amazing seasoning to use in making home made soups, sauces, and gravies. It wakes up the taste of mac and cheese or a sandwich. Sometimes I'll dust a salad with it and skip the dressing. I wish it wasn't so expensive - this 3-pack is the least expensive way I've found to get it, but that's still a lot to pay for a basic seasoning and at some point I'll have to try mixing my own or sampling other brands.
