A: Sounds like you need to return it, mine don’t do that

A: Yes it is

**Q: Why can you not put pineapple in or grapes**
A: Maybe I’ve not read the instructions on this but I peel my pineapple and put in? It works fine but have never tried grapes.

**Q: Are the plastic parts BPA free?**
A: I don’t know but I am enjoying the juicer.🤷🏾‍♀️

This juicer works well for making fresh juice at home. It’s easy to assemble and use, and it extracts juice efficiently from both fruits and vegetables. A bit loud but gets the job done quickly and easy. A sleek design and goes well with my kitchen. Cleanup is fairly simple, especially since the parts come apart easily. Overall, it’s a solid juicer for regular use and a good option if you want fresh juice without too much hassle.

Love this juice machine. Its a bit noisy but very efficient.
