This worked great for a pain distraction (like Icy Hot does), except that it's from a natural plant. You get quite a bit of it with the order and for what it is, it is a great product. The consistency is that of a regular lotion (verses a Vaseline) so it is easy to rub into a given area. This is why I give it 5 stars. As for pain relief goes, I would give this more like 3 stars because as soon as the sensation from the product wears off, the discomfort returns.
