I’m an older woman and not a gym person. I have arthritis in my thumbs and wrists which makes some types of housework difficult. These help greatly especially when having to lift. I wore them when I put my Christmas decorations back in the attic and had no pain during or after.  Unlike some medical braces they do not impede movement. Great product!

The wraps hold my wrist pretty solid and I feel get protected when doing the large weight barbell bench. Just used this product for only one time and will have other feedbacks after I use it for a longer time.Overall, I would recommend.
