This is my favorite new food! I love the sweet taste of ube in my coffee, in boba, oatmeal or on ice cream. It’s so delicious and adds a remarkable creaminess and full bodied flavor. Ube latte? Check! Ube Icecream? Check!! Ube Leche Flan? CHECK, CHECK, CHECK!!! I used mostly to make flan, makes a dark purple color. It’s lighter if you use for ice cream. The flavor drops wasn’t cutting it, but this actually gives you the taste of Ube and won’t disappear after cooking process. I buy them regularly at my local Hawaii store, but lucky I found them here to ship to my sister in OKC!!
