It is known for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. This one comes in the form of veggie capsules that are pretty easy to swallow. The dosage is only 1 capsule per day. It is supposed to be more bioavailable to the body. I have just started taking this instead of my usual quercetin. Only time will tell how good it is.This comes in a plastic bottle inside a shrink-wrapped retail box packaging. It is a 60-day supply. In addition to quercetin, it also contains vitamin C and black pepper extract. Made in Japan by a well-known Singapore company. Overall, this seems like a good quercetin supplement. At about $0.50 per serving, it is a pretty decent value for the money.
