    This one is pretty close to a US mens' large size

As many commenters in the dishwashing gloves reviews can attest, finding a true "large" glove is a challenge.  This one is pretty close to a US men's large size.  My hand measures 8 3/4" in circumference, and 8" from the base of my hand to the tip of my middle finger, and I usually wear size L gloves.  These gloves fit snugly, but not tight, exactly the way you want for dexterity.  The flocked lining makes them easy to take off.  They could be a little longer, but they're not so short that it's a problem.  They feel pretty solid and using them in very hot water was comfortable.
