It dissolves very quickly with no clumps but especially the taste is actually better with less salt. Tastes chickeny but is vegan. BTB is slightly too sweet from the vegetables and has more salt. I’ll probably alternate both from time to time. One tiny negative is that it’s hard to get the metal lid to go back on evenly. Edited to add that I gave my partner a cup of broth today and he thought it was my own from scratch.
