I much prefer them to the rubber-coated ones for the feel on my hands, and they go a bit more than halfway up my forearm providing plenty of protection. I had my first pair for a bit under two years and used them often, until they ripped on the palm. They saved my knuckle from being torn up by a chainsaw once! i dont do any outside work without them so i had to order a new pair immediately. Theyre cute as well which i love! The phone stuff on the fingertips is ok, works in a pinch but i prefer to just remove the gloves to use my phone anyway. Good grip, sturdy and comfortable.
