Above you see the tuna I used going to the edge because I put too much. This isn't a fault of the product, but because I'm not used to stuffing rice triangles. Make sure you use good sushi rice, with a good recipe (I do 1 tsp of Sesame oil, 2 tbsp of rice vinegar, and 1 tbsp each of sugar and salt for every 2 cups of sushi rice.) Let it cool slightly before stuffing so its easier to stick! They're also great to pack and take with you for lunch since it folds up neatly and you get six delicious rice triangles for you to enjoy.

This is just the cutest thing to have to make rice molds. I love it. It’s smaller than I thought it would be but that’s totally my fault. But when I made the molds I was pretty darn happy about the size. They were actually just right. It’s very easy to clean and doesn’t take up much room when storing. My rice didn’t even stick to the mold which is really nice not having to worry about that.
