March 26 it's stopped working. Won't charge phone and audio is not working, nor can I use my phone on speaker. So, it seems to be a problem in the case with the connection since phone works fine without case. Sadly, I've been promoting how well it worked... and now it doesn't.$30 for a case is reasonable, not chea. But it's not working.I purchased it for its ability to provide headphone jack for playing music, the battery backup was a bonus.How do I contact the seller? It was the only conveniently sized one i could find to give me an auxiliary plug, and the extra battery function was great.
