I used it when I first bought it and was satisfied with it. I used it again recently and was again satisfied. But the problem was when I tried to remove it from the wand the fitting that it came with became mushroomed and was stuck inside the wand. I took the fitting out of the surface cleaner and tried to find one locally but couldn’t even find one for sale online. I knew it was out of warranty but figured since I had only used it twice maybe Amazon could help me figure something out. They were unable to help but told me to contact the manufacturer and if they couldn’t help me to call Amazon back. I emailed the manufacturer and they wouldn’t even sell me the fitting by itself and didn’t offer any suggestions. Poor customer service. I then called Amazon back and they told me there was nothing they could do.
