The skull actually comes off so you can hold it and get a very close look at it when you get the box. The torso and the arms are already attached. You have to attach the lower limbs which is pretty easy. It's only about 25 lb or so so it's easy to carry around as well. It was packaged extremely well and had no damage when I received it. The mandible moves as well so you can actually open it up and expect the teeth. The frame that it sits on is very sturdly made too. So all in all five stars because I can't give it seven for a learning tool.
