In 2006 when my son was 12 years old, I built a matching pair of Associated T3 trucks with Futaba FM pistol grip radios. This was before the days of 2.4GHz. We played with the trucks then he grew out of it so I sold the trucks and radios. In 2014, I played with a lot of toy-grade helicopters and quadcopters.
