I don't know who packed the mug for shipment but I was very impressed and appreciative. It was packed in a smaller box, wrapped in a padded mailer with packing peanuts for even more protection. It was then put in a second box, fully padded again. There was a FRAGILE sticker on the outer box as well. I don't believe the mug was shipped by Amazon because it was delivered by USPS, not an Amazon truck.
