I usually wear xl/xxl and i was wondering if this will accommodate my bum** A: Yes, the xxl runs big. **Q: Is there a blouse to go with the black and khaki stripe?** A: In my opinion, a black, creme, or white blouse would all look good with this skirt. There are many Victorian blouses listed on Amazon to choose from. **Q: Where is the size chart? I can only find Amazon's.** A: If you look at the thumbnails on the left side to get a different view of the skirt, the 4th one down is a sizing chart **Q: What is the actual length of the skirt? It appears to be an above the ankle lenth. I'm 5'2".** A: I am 61". I used a hoop skirt under this skirt and raised the hem so I did not need to sew it up. (Worn with Victorian button heeled ankle boots, btw.) With no hoop skirt? You would need to hem it to about an inch below the top layer of the skirt, below that ruffle. Sorry I do not have access to the skirt to give you exact measurements. It is well made and I intend to wear it at Christmas (I will dye it a deep green to wear as a "caroler") and for wear it (dyed black) for a Halloween costume. It is that nice of a skirt! I love it! I will guess it's measurements for you...you may need to hem the bottom layer 4-5". The top layer will be just right. I agree. It would be ankle length for the average height lady. Also, the elastic waist fits me (26" waist) and my friend (37") comfortably. The stripes are white and chambrey blue.l you I hope you have access to a hoop skirt! I used it for a dance group and it was the one I reached for most of the time. I'm 5'4", I had to shorten it a little. I also have the gold/black striped one from this maker and that's very pretty, as well. They are nice fabric and very well made. There is a drawstring on each side so you can draw the hem up and show your boots.
