You have to have a key to open it because it’s sealed so tight. It has great sound quality weather talking on the phone or playing music. For my busy life I needed something that could handle anything, and this case has definitely done it’s job. I have dropped it, my 1 year old threw it in a cup of sweet tea, it’s held up to long hours of dust at ball park, and continues to be just as strong, sturdy and protective as the day I bought it over a year ago. Early when I had purchased I dropped it and the screen over the camera was marked up making it difficult to take pictures with case on. Black Protector screens in front at the lower part of the front of the case popped out at some point. Tried to put a metal plate to work with my magnetic phone holder in my car and had to stick it to the outside as it wasn’t a very strong on wxtion the light the case. Case is ok, but wouldn’t recommend for someone rough oh phones.
