My iron is always low as you can imagine, and usually my B12 too. I have been eating these oats regularly and have seen a huge increase in my iron and B12 and my doctor who knows I am a vegetarian asked me about it when she saw my bloodwork results! I have to admit I probably overeat them as I love the taste and they are so easy to have ready in the fridge so I do eat two a day and sometimes three. If you struggle with your iron levels I suggest this oatmeal! I came to leave the above review about my iron levels but I see a negative comment about the chocolate chip flavor which is my JAM, so I am also going to comment on these too. They DO taste like cookie dough and I know because I love cookie dough! I have found my preferred way to eat them which is with regular milk, and I make them a bit dry, not too soupy which I think is just over half a cup of milk.
