**Q: Is this good for a single person or couple?**
A: It can be used for either or!  My husband is a truck driver and uses it a lot and loves it! It’s big enough for a meal for two or a single serving! Def worth the price!

**Q: Will this hot pot cooker work for pancake?**
A: Yes, almost certainly. There's two degrees I heated the electric hot pot on high level, and brush with butter. Cook until surface of pancakes have some bubbles and a few have burst, 1 to 2 minutes. It worked great

**Q: Does it turn off at a certain temperature ?**
A: It has 2 temp options. High and low. It seems to maintain which ever temp chosen. It's not an all or nothing thing. It could Def use more choices but if I want it lower than the low I turn it on cover it and then shut it off and keep the cover in place. High is high enough to low boil so I mean it does a lot for what it is

**Q: What can you steam with this?**
A: I have steamed veggies with it. Broccoli, cauliflower, green beans so far and they come out perfect. I have not done rice yet.

Am super impressed so far. I seem to use it for just about everything. Low heat is a good boil. I haven't needed to go to high heat yet, but feel confident it will sear my chicken for tomorrow very easily. Don't see myself doing rice or anything that needs to sit in low to med-low heat. It cooks 1 lb ground meat + 1 can of beans with liquid, tomato paste and almost an additional cup of water. No spillage and lid worked well. Used turmeric and the cream lid did retain a bit of color but it did is job! Innards were SUPER easy to wipe or carefully rinse. My only complaint is that plug would be more useful on left side for us right handers. When you hold to rinse it out, holding it with right hand to allow water to spill out on left side is awkward. Update... chicken pics.
