I have no more back pain from hunching over and my daughter can practice walking as long as she wants. She just turned 1 and got the hang of using this immediately. She grabbed right on and started walking right away. She even grabs it and holds it out to me to let me know she wants to walk. She has the biggest smile when she sees it and it goes everywhere with us. It is so light and easy to carry. I generally hook it to my backpack diaper bag or on my hip carrier so it is easy to access. I've had several people ask me about this and I highly recommended it to them, especially if they have back issues.
