I bought a newer version because it had more cameras but not compatible with the 1st one. I got 1 cam paired to the system and the 2nd cam flashed and got very hot. I tried a third cam and it paired just before the main control box went dead. I bought another control box from this seller and paired 1 cam. It would not recognize more than 1 cam when it was supposed to support 10. I am done with Night Owl and am actively looking for a better system. Probably not the sellers fault but definitely the manufacturers fault. There are other issues with the newer system but I am not going to go into that here. Just beware. Night Owl support is terrible as well, if you can get in touch with anyone. The 1st one is 12 years old and still working. I bought a newer version because it had more cameras but not compatible with the 1st one.
