Excellent customer service! I changed changed my rating to 5 stars! Can’t wait to receive my new cover! Original: I was so excited to use my new twinZ, and loved the teal color. I pulled the cover out of the packaging to wash it, and immediately noticed it had arrived with a huge gap in the seam. Glad I checked! I don’t know what to do, as I don’t want to have to return the whole pillow since I need it for nursing my twins. If I could, I would just replace the cover, but I’m not sure if that’s allowed since I bought the set and the covers themselves are so expensive to order individually. The color was spot on and it’s very soft. But the hole is way too big for me to ignore.
