First time in maybe 7 years. I used it for at least a month and i dont think is thinning the hair like somebody else said in the reviews, my hair looks great. This is almost the only thing out there that works. Its very nice. It has almost the same ingredients like the cream ( witch is amazing) but u can use it in your hair withour leaving grrasy hair, and mostImportant, is one if the only things at there that works!
