I am usually a 22 and have purchaed the 21. Combination skin.Used it twice only so far but the product does leave a dewy finish, but unlike many have stated I don’t feel its too oily. Especially for the cold fall/winter months. It applies like a liquid but leaves a nice matte layer on the skin.
