I used this while finishing the interior of a recently purchased storage shed that we placed in our back yard. It will be used for an art studio. The wrist band worked so awesome for holding screws while I was installing ceiling panels for the roof. It held the screws really well and made it easy grab a screw and place it on the drill driver for installing the roof panels. I use all the time now when I am working on projects that use screws or nails to assemble wood components.
