Works well on paper, card and material too. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Handy, but could be better and sharper. *by R***T on 27 May 2016* This cutter is adequate and certainly useful for cutting up a straight line. I have been using it to cut calico and have had to use quite firm pressure over a self-repairing cutting board. I have found that it cuts well, off and on, leaving small sections of the fabric still remained joined suggesting that the blades blunt fairly quickly. However, I did notice that the blade supplied does not come exactly scalpel sharp, so perhaps it is my technique that is wrong. I bought two packs of spares and will need to change the blade shortly.
