Really impressive for the price. But...and this is my indulgence in detail speaking: there is an excellent one in the pair and a, um, less excellent one between them Simply put, one of the reels is not perfect, it makes a bit of a noise because of the rotating drum hitting the brim of the basis. That said, it is still functional and a novice to the sport would probably not notice it but it can't fool a man of 50 years of experience. I admit though that I had in the past quite a few happily functioning reels with the same (small by then standards) fault. I believe it is just that sort of exceptionally bad luck you get sometimes...
