My head is covered with new baby hairs that are noticeably thicker than my current long strands. The new growth took time, so don't expect over night miracles like some one the other reviews claim. What I did notice after a few weeks is a reduction in hair loss and I think the new thickness of my overall hair is mainly due to the lack of hair falling out than usual - so not necessarily from new growth. The down sides of this product is that it's quite hard to swallow in one go, and the price is quite high, so would recommend buying bigger bulks to save money.
