Shifted 2lbs in 2 days. She is watching what she's eating no biscuits, sweets, cakes and low carbs - tons of vegetables. She is doing aerobics 30 minutes a day but she's really pleased with the results. Has had stomach ache as a side effect but she's putting up with that. Do not think this is a long term tablet as can cause liver problems. As an avid swimmer too I thought taking these with my regular balanced diet and exercise would be the answer.Like I said, they seemed to work for two days and I've went back to normal, sometimes feeling sluggish despite continued use of them and following the instructions of two tablets a day.I have stopped using them as I've had pain now in my digestive system and my back for the last couple of days. On further research of this product some websites claim prolonged use can cause liver damage. I took the product for just less than two weeks and started having a weird pain.
