Being vinyl the cushion does slip a little, however if it fits the chair seat then this is very little. **Q: how heavy is this cushion?** A: It feels lightweight although substantial. My kitchen scales say its 628g. I find it very useful for use with lightweight wheelchair. **Q: How do I apply for vat relief** A: You can request an online form from amazon that you can print off, then fill in the details and send to the supplier that the cushion was bought from.
