A Firm Favourite - Used this for years, and although its not sugar its a good replacement for those who need to taste sugar especially in morning coffee :) I also bake with it, it's great with Rhubarb too because its stronger than natural sugar u don't need as much! Review: The best sugar substitute for me - I am generally not a fan of sweeteners they tend to either taste horrible if using to sprinkle on fruit etc or leave an awful aftertaste and I have tried them all over the years in my effort to kick the sugar. Erythritol is a natural sweetener and it doesn't leave that horrible aftertaste, its a less sweet than actual sugar so I use a bit more but really cannot taste the difference in coffee and especially tea which doesn't mask sweeteners as well as coffee. I also like that its it's granular so feels more like using real sugar. I do use it for baking too especially making keto friendly sweet treats and it a great substitute for the real thing.

**Q: Seller please reply. Exactly what is this erythritol made from...corn starch???**
A: I'm not the seller! 
Erythritol is a sugar alcohol. It does occur naturally in some fruit but it is generally man-made. Sugar alcohols have several advantages such containing almost no calories, not causing a spike in blood sugar and not causing tooth decay, they also have a few disadvantages. Erythritol can cause side effects such as diarrhea, headache, and stomachache in some people and/or when consumed in large doses. 
It is recommended for a low carb diet and I use it regularly in low carb cakes etc and have had no ill effects.
If you want more details I suggest you google 'erythritol' and read up on it or try contacting the seller again.

**Q: Where is it manufactured. not packed. want to avoid china made. eu made is what i am looking for.**
A: Unfortunately, it only states is packaged in the UK and due to the UK’s breach of EU laws, resulting in a recent £2bn fine, it’s impossible to trace it to the manufacturer, as it could perfectly enter the Single Market from China and then packed in the UK. 

I have to say, though, the product is worth every penny and no side effects or bitter taste

A: This product is manufactured in Wales which I presume means the ingredients are sourced in the UK.

**Q: What is the average shelf life?**
A: The 2kg pack I have just purchased has a use by date of May 2019. Hope this is helpful to you.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The absolute best sugar substitute out there

After trying every other sugar substitute on the market I finally hit gold with this product. I have gone from having 2 tea spoons of sugar in every hot drink and I am an absolute tea freak so that can be 10 cups or more on some days. So using this I’m cutting at least 20 spoonfuls of sugar a day which is unreal considering how many calories were in that sugar and how it was affecting me. I use this as a complete sugar substitute wherever I would have used sugar before including on my cereals too. The best bit is my tea tastes as good as it ever has and I don’t get all the downsides of all that extra sugar. I will say just one thing and that’s how expensive it is compared weight to weight with plain white sugar, however for what it offers I’m willing to pay the price.
